Dr. Doris Ryan – Licensed Psychologist

Dr. Doris Ryan is a Florida Licensed Psychologist who provides individual therapy for older teens and adults. With many years of experience in outpatient clinics, hospitals, and mental health settings, she helps clients navigate life’s challenges with a calm, compassionate, and collaborative approach.

Dr. Ryan works with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, stress, burnout, emotional difficulties, and relationship concerns. She believes that therapy should be tailored to each person’s unique needs and goals, and she partners with clients to create meaningful and lasting change. Her therapeutic approach draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Schema Therapy, and Object Relations Therapy.

In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Ryan has extensive experience as a mental health consultant, supervisor, trainer, and program director. She has provided professional training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Schema Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Object Relations Therapy.

Dr. Ryan earned her doctoral degree from the University of South Carolina and has worked in outpatient and inpatient settings across South Carolina, North Carolina, Indiana, and Florida. She is committed to helping clients identify their strengths, overcome obstacles, and move toward a healthier, more fulfilling life.

Lady Rubino Olivo is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Addictions Professional who provides therapy to children, adolescents, and adults at Hammond Psychology & Associates, P.A. She believes that connection, communication, coping, and confidence are the foundation of effective mental health treatment and uses a client-centered, strengths-based approach.

Lady supports clients navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, stress, burnout, and self-esteem concerns. Her therapeutic style is supportive and skills-focused, helping clients build emotional regulation, manage anger, strengthen communication, and repair relationships. As a Certified Addictions Professional, she integrates trauma-informed and evidence-based interventions to empower clients toward lasting change.

Lady is committed to creating a safe, respectful, and encouraging therapeutic environment where clients feel heard, supported, and motivated throughout their healing journey. As a bilingual therapist, Lady offers therapy sessions in both English and Spanish, helping clients feel comfortable expressing themselves in the language that feels most natural to them.

Bethany Hutto is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who provides therapy to preteens, adolescents, and adults at Hammond Psychology & Associates, P.A. With over 15 years of experience, she specializes in helping individuals manage anxiety, ADHD, trauma, and life transitions using evidence-based, compassionate care.

Bethany utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) to help clients build coping skills, improve emotional regulation, and strengthen self-confidence. She is committed to providing inclusive, affirming care and welcomes clients from all backgrounds and lived experiences.

Bethany strives to create a warm, supportive space where clients feel empowered to grow, heal, and move forward with clarity.

Marisa Martone, Clinical Psychology Doctoral Student at Hammond Psychology & Associates

Marisa Martone, M.A., M.Ed., BCBA – Clinical Psychology Doctoral Student 

Marisa is a Clinical Psychology Doctoral Student currently pursuing her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (PsyD) at the Florida School of Professional Psychology. She holds a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology as well as a Master of Education in Applied Behavior Analysis and is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). As part of her doctoral training, Marisa provides therapy services under the supervision of a licensed psychologist.

Marisa has experience working with children, adolescents, and families in a variety of settings, including schools, clinics, and homes. She has extensive experience supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and is passionate about helping clients navigate anxiety, ADHD, behavioral challenges, emotional difficulties, and social concerns. Her background in behavior analysis and clinical psychology allows her to take a thoughtful, individualized approach to supporting each client’s unique needs and goals.

Marisa is committed to creating a supportive, welcoming, and judgment-free environment where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered throughout the therapeutic process. She believes that every individual deserves a voice and recognizes that each person’s journey is unique. She is known for her warm demeanor and welcoming presence, often bringing a smile to patients’ faces and helping create a supportive, positive experience from the very first interaction.

Diane Doyle is a member of the Hammond Psychology & Associates, P.A. office team who joined the practice in January 2020. She brings extensive experience in the field of education and is known for her patience, care, and attention to detail.
