Getting Started

Step 2: Receive Your Client Portal Invitation
After your appointment is scheduled, you will receive an email invitation to our secure client portal.

Step 3: Complete Your Intake Paperwork
Log in to the client portal and complete all required forms prior to your appointment.

Step 4: Attend Your Appointment
Meet with your provider in person or via telehealth, as directed.
