In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Ryan has served for many years as a consultant, supervisor, and director in outpatient and inpatient mental health clinics. She provides training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy, schema therapy, motivational interviewing, and object relations treatment.
Dr. Ryan completed her doctoral degree at the University of South Carolina. She has worked in outpatient and inpatient settings in South Carolina, North Carolina, and Indiana before deciding to leave the snow and ice and move to Florida. She is often described as having a kind, calm, and gentle approach to her work. Dr. Ryan will pay special attention to your goals and treatment preferences.
Lady Rubino Olivo, LCSW, CAP – Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Lady Rubino Olivo is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Addictions Professional who provides therapy to children, adolescents, and adults at Hammond Psychology & Associates, P.A. She believes that connection, communication, coping, and confidence are the foundation of effective mental health treatment and uses a client-centered, strengths-based approach.
Lady supports clients navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, stress, burnout, and self-esteem concerns. Her therapeutic style is supportive and skills-focused, helping clients build emotional regulation, manage anger, strengthen communication, and repair relationships. As a Certified Addictions Professional, she integrates trauma-informed and evidence-based interventions to empower clients toward lasting change.

Kenneth Winter, LMHC – Licensed Mental Health Counselor
Kenneth Winter is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who provides therapy to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families at Hammond Psychology & Associates, P.A. He has extensive experience supporting individuals with anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, and stress-related concerns.
Kenneth’s therapeutic approach is compassionate and collaborative, drawing from evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), integrative/holistic therapy, and motivational problem-solving strategies. He is passionate about helping clients build resilience, adaptability, and self-worth.
In addition to his clinical work, Kenneth is a certified Money Mentor, seminar speaker, and former psychology instructor. He brings both professional expertise and real-life experience into his work, supporting clients as they move toward emotional healing and personal growth.

With over 15 years of experience, she specializes in helping individuals manage anxiety, ADHD, trauma, and life transitions using evidence-based, compassionate care.
Bethany utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) to help clients build coping skills, improve emotional regulation, and strengthen self-confidence. She is committed to providing inclusive, affirming care and welcomes clients from all backgrounds and lived experiences.

She is known for her warm demeanor and welcoming presence, often bringing a smile to patients’ faces and helping create a supportive, positive experience from the very first interaction.
Diane Doyle – Office Staff / Receptionist
Diane Doyle is a member of the Hammond Psychology & Associates, P.A. office team who joined the practice in January 2020. She brings extensive experience in the field of education and is known for her patience, care, and attention to detail.
